Inhalation: If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult administer oxygen.
Skin Contact: In case of contact, wash skin with soap and water.
Eye Contact: Contamination of the eyes should be treated by immediate and prolonged irrigation with copious amounts of water.

Procedure to be followed in ease of leak or spill:
Procedure's or personal precautions: Avoid contact or inhalation.
Methods for cleaning up: Mop or vacuum up the liquid for use or disposal, Absorb on dry vermiculite, etc. for disposal as a solid waste.
Land Spill and toxic releases:
Advise all appropriate regulatory agencies in whose jurisdiction you are located for discharges in excess of the appropriate threshold amounts. Reference Sec 313      chemicals listed in Sec 2,   and the exemptions from reporting requirements listed by EPA for reporting EPCRA  releases.  Example exemptions are: "if you otherwise use any of the listed toxic chemicals ( without incorporating it into any product or producing it at a facility ), the threshold quantity is: 10.000 pounds per toxic chemical or category over the calendar year .
